Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

We ship orders placed on this website only to the following countries in Africa, Asia and certain continental European countries:

  • Germany,

  • Belgium,

  • Spain,

  • France,

  • Italy,

  • Luxemburg,

  • The Netherlands,

  • Portugal,

  • United Kingdom,

  • Swiss

Fabes & Partnersapplies a single cost for shipments to these countries, which is 4.50 euros per package (less than 1kg). The parcels are sent by the French Post Office (Colissimo) or the Belgian Post Office (Standard Parcel) and we send you a tracking number to the email address you provided when placing your order.

We ship your orders from our logistics center in Brussels, Belgium, at the French border. Shipped packages usually arrive at your home within 48 hours (business days).

For other destination countries, we will have to apply special rates according to your order, too contact us.

Free delivery for orders over 50€.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns of goods ordered by you on this site up to 30 days after placing the order. With the exception of hidden defects or defective products, the product(s) ordered must not have been used or opened.

The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging and reach us intact at the following address:

Rue Fernand Pire 4/0M/H, 1090 Jette, Belgium.

We provide you with a model return form (which is not mandatory) that you can copy and return with your order and that you will find at  point N°9 of our T&Cs.

​

The exchange or refund of your order will take place within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you (point N°9 of our T&Cs).

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of this shipment. In any case, if you are not satisfied with your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service using the methods below:
